When Bob Pabst and Jan Kalman founded KP Photo in 1987, they hired based on one simple philosophy: “Seek out people you’d want to go on a road trip with.” That explains why the average employee has been with KP for 10+ years. Whether hosting live blues nights in the studio, swapping stories during non-negotiable lunch breaks or pouring wine in the courtyard after a day of shooting, it’s obvious we enjoy being together.

Our crew knows how to have fun but we’re great at what we do, too. Our multimedia experience runs deep at KP Photo from traditional photography to photo-real CGI to digital artistry. Every crew member was intentionally selected for their experience, eye for creativity, and their passion for having fun. That experience, creativity, and passion is passed on to our clients and their need to reach their audience through their marketing campaigns and projects.
